Around West Lake Hills Texas-Construction management met with a safety officer to discuss exterior renovations now underway at the Westbank Market Shopping Center. Westbank has 35 store fronts that will be transformed in phases. A glimpse of the plans suggest the updated store front architecture will be Modern Farmhouse. According to Google Gemini, the cost of such a project would be $15,000-$50,000 per storefront. The first phase targets the Eastside. This portion of Westbank Market spans from the Bank of America to the Austin Shoe Hospital and includes Jersey Mike's, FEDEX and Chipotle. As shown, access points are facilitated by plywood-boarded tunnels. Note that some parking at the store fronts will be limited.
