Around Austin-Workers put some finishing touches on the exterior of the tower at West 6th and Guadalupe Monday January 8th 2024. Construction at West 6th and Guadalupe started in 2019 and topped out November 2022 and has now reopened a lane of traffic on West 6th and the sidewalk (Above). Officially at 400 West 6th Street the mixed used building (Commercial and Residential) is now the tallest building in Austin at 875 feet (66 Floors) and has a floor area of 1.1M SQFT. According to Wikipedia.org "Floors 2-12 contain 1,626 parking spots and 50 electric car charging stations, floors 14-32...589,000 SQFT of office space and floors 34-66 contain a 349 unit apartment complex, Residences at 6G."
