The Wishbone Bridge

Around Austin-The view east from the Wishbone Bridge. The view is just beyond the gates of the Longhorn Dam in East Austin below North Pleasant Valley Road. According to The Trail Conservancy "The Wishbone Bridge, a bicycle and pedestrian bridge ... completes the Butler Trail's 10 mile loop." The bridge connects the Southside to the Northside of Town Lake just yards west of the Longhorn Dam in East Austin. Image Monday February 9th 2026.
