Texas RM 2244 Resurfaced

Around Austin-Texas RM 2244 resurfacing with quality asphalt is nearly complete. Over the last month or so night road crews have resurfaced eight miles of RM 2244 essentially from HEB to HEB [See map below]. RM 2244 is 11.8 miles long running east from Texas 1 [MOPAC] through Capital of Texas Highway Texas-360 to Texas 71. Texas RM 2244, AKA Bee Cave Road, traffic is estimated at 25,000 per weekday. Eight mile stretch that has just now been resurfaced. Note a stretch near Austin Ridge was resurfaced previously and not included in the latest project.
