Around Athens-The Olympics where it all started. Only stadium built completely in marble opened in 566 BC and has a capacity of more than 50,000. Currently Saturday May 6th 2023 the Olympic Rings are again being erected for the start of the Olympic Torch that will be taken for the Summer Games in Paris 2024. The run from Marathon Greece to this stadium is marked by a blue line elapsing 26.2 mile. The initial run from Marathon was completed to announce the defeat of the invading Persians in 490 BC.
