More Slow Soaking Rain

Around Austin-View towards Lakeway in the Austin Hill Country this Tuesday morning features fog and light rain. Rain today is expected until 8 PM with as much as 0.5 inches in the next 24 hours. Rain is forecasted to continue Wednesday, pause Thursday and again on Friday (Apple Forecast). The Austin American Statesman reports that the recent rains put "us more than 2 inches above average for April..." They note that May is "typically Austin's wettest month of the year..."
