Imitator Beef Vs Real Beef: Nutrition

Meatless burgers are gaining traction with some choosing them to reduce beef intake or for environmental reasons. "But whether any choicer is 'healthier' is debatable". Compared with beef, meatless burgers are higher in Water, Oil and Sodium. See above Chart and article for more detail.
