Around Austin-New road construction is evident at about 3500 Lost Creek Blvd. This road appears to connect with Tecoma Circle off of Southwest Parkway. Reported by Stratus Properties First Quarter 2025 News Release indicates that "the road and utility infrastructure of Holden Hills Phase 1, a 495-acre residential development within the Barton Creek community." A report by Community Impact April 29, 2021 showed the road connecting to Lost Creek Blvd and cited a plan for "74 single-family home lots and approximately 430 condominium units, according to a site plan for the project."
