According to the Austin American Statesman 100 Congress at Cesar Chavez has "been purchased by Washington D.C.-based Carr Properties, its first acquistion in the Austin market." Rennovations for the ~$230M (Accessed Value) building are planned. The 22 story building is 94% occupied currently.
