Around Austin-The Tower at Guadalupe and Sixth continues to rise but the economic downturn of Meta (Parent of Facebook) have them pivoting from occupying 33 of the 66 floors of the tower to sub-leasing out space they had earmarked. Also in view WeWork's leased office space on Guadalupe. On November 14th WeWork announced it will close "roughly 40 [undisclosed] 'underperforming locations'..." in the US.
